BallMoney AI respects your data rights. Most actions on this page are completed by signing in and visiting Settings → Privacy. For requests that require manual review, email privacy@ballmoney.ai.
Rights available to everyone
- Download my data — request a JSON export of your profile, deals, contracts, and audit log. Delivered by email within 24 hours.
- Correct my data — update your profile from Settings → Profile, or email us if you can't reach a field.
- Delete my data — request permanent deletion of your account. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Right to know what categories of data we collect, the sources, and the purposes — described in our Privacy Policy.
- Right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to opt out of analytics data sharing — toggle from Settings → Privacy.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
EU / UK residents (GDPR)
- Right to Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to be Forgotten — request erasure of your personal data.
- Right to Data Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON export).
- Right to Restrict Processing — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is reviewed. Email privacy@ballmoney.ai.
- Right to Object — object to processing for direct marketing or legitimate-interest purposes.
- Lodge a complaint — you can file a complaint with your local supervisory authority. See EDPB member list.
How long it takes
We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), unless the request is unusually complex.
Verification
To protect your data, we may verify your identity before fulfilling a request — typically by requiring you to sign in with the email on file.
