Section 1 — What BallMoney Is and Is Not
BallMoney.ai is an AI-powered sports contract intelligence and financial management platform. It is not a licensed sports agent, certified contract advisor, attorney, financial advisor, or registered investment advisor. No attorney-client relationship or agent-client relationship is created by use of the Platform. All outputs are for informational purposes only.
Section 2 — Eligibility
Users must be 18 or older, or have verifiable parental consent. Users must provide accurate registration information and have legal authority to enter contracts.
Section 3 — Certified Review Network
For deals requiring certified agent or attorney execution, BallMoney.ai connects athletes with our Certified Review Network. All professional contract execution is performed by independent licensed agents and attorneys. BallMoney.ai does not represent athletes in a legal agency capacity.
Section 4 — Subscription Plans and Fees
Subscription Plans
- Free: $0/month — 2 contract uploads, basic deal tracking.
- Premium: $99/month — unlimited contracts, Financial OS, SMS alerts, priority AI.
- Agency Starter: $499/month — 10 athletes, full AI engine.
- Agency Growth: $1,499/month — 50 athletes, white-label.
- Agency Enterprise: $3,999/month — unlimited athletes, API.
Transaction Fees (commission on closed deals)
- NFL Contract — 1.5% of total deal value
- NBA Contract — 2.0% of total deal value
- MLB Contract — 2.0% of total deal value
- College / NIL Deal — 3.0% of total deal value
- Endorsements (all sports) — 5.0% of total deal value
No retainer fees. No upfront charges. Commission is earned only when a deal closes.
Section 4 — Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Upload documents without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer AI systems.
- Share credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation.
- Circumvent fee collection by closing deals off-platform after using BallMoney's negotiation tools.
Section 5 — Contract Uploads
By uploading a document you confirm you have the right to share it and consent to AI processing by OpenAI and Google Gemini via encrypted API. Documents are stored with AES-256 encryption. Only your account can access your documents.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
BallMoney, BallMoney.ai, The Smartest Agent in the Room, Comparable Deal Engine, and Financial OS for Athletes are trademarks of Magic in Motion. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Section 7 — Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BALLMONEY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR DEAL OUTCOME OR NEGOTIATION RESULT. ALL AI OUTPUTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
Section 8 — Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALLMONEY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) TOTAL FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) $500 USD. BALLMONEY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST DEALS OR LOST PROFITS.
Section 9 — Dispute Resolution
Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Atlanta, Georgia. Class action waiver applies. Governing law: State of Georgia.
Section 10 — Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. BallMoney may terminate immediately for material breach, fraud, or non-payment. Outstanding fees remain payable after termination.
Section 11 — Changes to Terms
Material changes communicated 14 days in advance via email or Platform notification. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
